With a post graduate degree in Law, Melanie qualified into the commercial property team at Allen & Overy LLP in 2001, and practiced as a real estate lawyer.
During the recent past Melanie has worked in business development with a niche specialisation in marketing and brings a wealth of property experience to the Richard Lionel & Partners due to her connection with UK property law.
Simon Shaer
Consultant
Simon has 20 years experience in commercial real estate. He has a diverse background in valuation, asset management and leasehold advisory. He has managed very large portfolios in London for Network Rail and has consulted for family offices, local authorities and developers, advising them on how best to manage their portfolio and value their assets.
